1. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a refund and returm if the product is in malfunction at the time of handover / if not delivered the same product that you purchased. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by Unique Medi Trade
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, and opened medical devices, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
