3. Ordering and Payments
3.1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to purchase the product(s).
3.2. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.3. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
3.4. We accept payments via bKash, bank transfer, and other available payment gateways.
3.5. Unique Medi Trade reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We deliver across Bangladesh and may provide international shipping on request.
4.2. (Inside Dhaka – 5 days & Outside Dhaka – 10 days) Delivery times are estimated and subject to unforeseen delays.
4.3. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.2. To be eligible for a refund and returm if the product is in malfunction at the time of handover / if not delivered the same product that you purchased. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.3. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by Unique Medi Trade
5.4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5.5. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
5.5. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. Products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should refer to the warranty details provided with each product.
6.2. Unique Medi Trade is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.
